Most people have a basic understanding of coffee types and preparation.

And most importantly,
people care more about the taste
of the coffee than the price.

The main frustration

E-commerce stores don’t provide
enough information about the types,
flavors, and aromas of the coffee they offer.

V

There are no user reviews of the coffee flavors on the site.

V

There is no option for ordering a sample.

V

People have a hard time finding the flavor taste they're looking for.

V

The descriptions of the types of coffee available are neither accurate nor clear.

Persona

note

Tal, 32, Ramat Gan, Israel

Married with two children, Tal works as a software engineer at a gaming company. He owns a Bean-to-Cup coffee machine and understands the basic information about the coffee he drinks - the types, strengths, and flavors, but not beyond that.Ordering takes him an average of three minutes because he knows exactly what to buy. He usually doesn't try to discover new flavors and often repeats previous purchases, but occasionally orders a new flavor. He does not compromise on his lifestyle and strives to maintain a healthy routine of work, family, hobbies (mostly fitness), and leisure.

main things that
don't work are:

benchmark

Way too many ads
and product offers.

benchmark

Poor or no search filters.

benchmark

Annoying pop-up chat that's not really needed.

benchmark

Not enough clear info about
the coffee types they have.
